Fancy a healthy, tasty and quick dessert or snack?
Here’s an ultra-simple, no-cook recipe full of fibre, vitamins and natural energy

Ingredient  (4 serves)

– 600 g mango

– 600 g apple

– ½ lemon

– 100 g dried figs

– A few mint leaves

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Peel the mangoes and apples. Cut into small cubes.

Cut the dried figs into 4 to 8 pieces, depending on their size.

Wash, dry and finely chop the mint leaves.

Mix the mango, apple and dried figs in a bowl, then add the mint and the juice of half a lemon to limit oxidation of the apple, especially if you don’t eat the fruit salad straight away.

Serve chilled!

This salad is perfect after a light meal or as a snack.

The figs provide gentle energy, the mint refreshes, and the lemon aids digestion.
